We are pleased to announce the start of construction on a La Tagliatella restaurant on the most central street leading to the iconic Balcony of the Mediterranean in the heart of Tarragona, La Rambla Nova.

As we build our restaurant on this emblematic street, our goal is to preserve the identity of this place and the building while meeting the restaurant’s needs and contemporary demands.

Our intention is to preserve the identity of the space and building – currently undergoing rehabilitation – without neglecting the restaurant’s requirements and current demand.

It was of great importance to us to create a striking project that combines current needs with the historical traditions of cities, blending the modern and the traditional.
